Trump's Family Member Seeks Professional Guidance from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of Professional Golf Debut
This young athlete has substantial social media audience
The young golfer will have multiple well-known supporters as she makes her professional golf debut later this week.
This teenage golfer, who happens to be related to a former US president, was granted a sponsor's invitation to play at the Annika tournament in Florida.
Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, operates numerous courses worldwide and regularly matches against his granddaughter.
"He's pretty good. I can't say much but we have tight competitions," she mentioned.
She mentioned that her grandfather, who won't be present, counseled her: "Just stay calm."
"My grandpa practically advised me to compete and enjoy myself," she added.
"To me, he's just an ordinary family member. He can't make it for the tournament. He's focused on presidential duties, making him rather occupied."
As an amateur, the golfer has played in a mere three competitions in 2024 and has position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.
But she can seek guidance from golf legend, in a relationship with Vanessa.
"He is the top athlete globally," Kai stated.
"Additionally, he's a superior person. He advised me to play, relax, and go with the flow."
The golfer will compete against several top competitors in women's golf at the Annika, such as second-ranked the champion, British Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.
The LPGA stated that her participation exposes golf to wider groups, specifically reaching younger fans.
The young star maintains substantial online presence and has started her own apparel and wellness company.
Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
